@chikis81 Hi and welcome, the issue with the chocolate box is known and is being investigated, unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this at present
Please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
I play through Facebook and have the same problem.
I had to remove and reinstall the app maybe you can try the same?
I have removed it and reinstalled it but now I lost all my inventory so will anybody help here or is it time for me to quit this game since theirs so many issues no lives can not collect bonuses for days ,
In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

Same issue here! I've read through the comments & suggested tasks...not working for me. Just wanted to let you know I've tried to reboot several times, uninstalled, reinstall, logged out & back in...not working for me and yes, I have the updated version from Google play (or at least play store says I do).
Thanks for always having our backs and doing what you can to try & fix bugs!
People still have the chocolate box? I haven't had it for months. I miss it.
