Disappointed in King...

I’ve been playing Candy Crush for about six years now, and have played all the spin offs too. I think my time with King is almost over, though. I’m finding it very hard to advance in Candy Crush with all of the recent changes. It’s made it almost impossible to get boosters without buying them, and now I see the extra moves wheel is gone too. All of the quests and challenges to earn boosters are now based on beating levels, which is very hard without boosters. I don’t mind spending money now and then, but if it’s going to be a requirement to play the game then I’m out. I see a lot of people sharing similar thoughts, so I hope this encourages King to reconsider their poor strategy.

    @kdorr Hi and welcome, We will pass your feedback on to the CM. A lot of people feel this way but it is what it is and we just have to get on with it, i struggled with some of the changes at the beginning of the year, but now i have got used to it, it does not seem that bad and I expect to face harder levels when you progress through the game

    Hello @kdorr and thank you for your feedback and understood how you feel when progressing is getting harder and less features are available in the game.

    I was playing CCS, my first King's game since around late 2008 or early 2009 and I hardly spend $$ to buy boosters or golds and largely depends on the in-game events/challenges. I'm totally aware that this game is not free as it offers in-app purchases. I think I've only spent once to buy the beginner bundle.

    Recently, the "win extra moves" was taken out from my game but fortunately, I still have other features that allows me to earn booster. Personally, I would still enjoy the game with whatever feature I have, just that it will slow down my progress especially at hard level but I'm taking my own pace playing the game 😊.

    I hope you will continue playing this game and perhaps you may want to explore other King game.

    Hiya there @kdorr since i only started playing CCS recently i havent seen that much of a change. But if im talking about the other king games, my only qualms is that now this game isnt relaxing at all🤣. I keep forgetting its just a game sometimes whenever i get too frustrated about those boosters. But i will never and have never spent money on the game so i know how hard it gets.

    Coz no point wasting time .. king is not interested with true n honest players .. he wants gold digger .. already has become billionaire.. still greedy ..

    Making some levels that u hv to use boosters

    And early players good benefits

    .. no morals .. no ethics .. i have crossed 8350 plus levels .. i hv nt spent single money .. but that interest completely lost

    So .. we will wait or quit .. bt vl nt give u money ..

    I, too, am disappointed in King. I’m new to this community but have been playing King games regularly for years. I contacted them twice via email because all my boosters magically disappeared. I had hundreds piled up. Instead of a legitimate reply, I received 2 cookie-cutter messages directing me to the community for answers. I do not have a new device, I have not uninstalled my candy crush saga app- but somehow all my boasters reset to zero. I’m Disappointed that I did not receive any help or a reply that was taken seriously. So much for customer service. Sure wish my boosters would magically reappear! Thanks for listening...

    Boosters and Lives are saved directly on the device and not backed up to your Facebook or King account like the progress and Gold Bars.

    Therefore they may get lost because of various issues on the device.

    If you had any purchased Boosters, please contact Player Support again and choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the topic and send the email directly from the game by going to the Settings and Help Center.

    Please note that free items, like Boosters won in the game do not get refunded or compensated.
