@ladysturgill Hi and welcome As explained above there is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives. This is being investigated at present but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present, King is Working to with Facebook to rectify this issue as soon as possible

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.
Please also note that there is a facebook error for sending recieving lives which is being looked out and hopefully soon will be resolved.

Are you having any problems with lives exchanges?
- Keep the latest version of your device software
- Make sure your game app is updated.
- If you have no problem sending live from your game, follow this, Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.
Let me know if your problem is the same after following the steps above.
There are also some issues with lives exchanges due to Facebook issues, you will find the latest info here.
