Why can't I send gifts to friends, they used to pop up to send but will not do that now.

I am unable to send gifts to friends, only way I can send a gift is if friend asks for gift. also the game is jerky, will not play smoothly

Are you having any problems with lives exchanges?

The issue of lives exchanges has already been resolved and you can get rid of this issue by following a few steps.

1. Keep the latest version of your device software
2. Make sure your game app is updated.
3. If you have no problem sending live from your game, follow this, Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.

Let me know if your problem is the same after following the steps above.

Hello there @my1sister and good day to you.

I hope you're referring to sending/receiving lives because in CCS, there is no option to send/receive in-game gifts or boosters.

Aside from the suggestion made by Mr Sukanta, you may try to disconnect your device from the internet (without logging out from the game), wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect back your device to the internet. Wait for the game to reload, play and level and try to send life to your friend.
