Not getting lives from my friends, just their asking for lives

Please be informed that this issue has been on-going and the fix is still in progress. Kindly refer below for more info.
This issue won’t affect the familiar gameplay and your normal level progression.
However, it might mean that you:
- Are unable to see your profile photo/avatar
- Are unable to see other Facebook-connected players
What do I need to do?
You do not need to contact us if you’re experiencing either of these issues in your own game. Once the fix is in place, your profile photo will reappear and Facebook friends lists will return.

It is intermittent and sometimes it fixes itself. However, you may try to disconnect your device/game from the internet, wait for several seconds or more before reconnecting it back to the internet. Play a level and see if you are able to see your friends' list or send lives.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Yes, there is a general problem with receiving and sending life. It's a facebook problem and affects a lot of gamers. King is about to fix it. But it will take time.
