Have checked and you have not posted in the 3000 badge area so you will not receive your badge till its in the correct area

One of the CM's could have missed it. Just make sure you posted it in the right discussion and put a @ in front of the name to make sure the post is seen π

To get the 3000 milestone badge you need to post the screenshot in the right place and the badge will be actively added to your profile. It may be that your comment was not viewed due to a temporary problem so I will ask you to re-post the screenshot there.
