@thanhlt0302 Hi and welcome, please try disconnecting from the game and from facebook and clear your browser cache, then restart your device and log back in to the game only and see if your levels and inventory appear and then connect to facebook.

If your inventory is still not showing, you can contact support regarding these and they may be able to help you
