Playing events but not receiving the reward

I played Yeti Sleigh Ride and won this week. Collected my rewards but it did not go into my inventory. This has happened with numerous quests I've been playing and King won't reimburse me for the rewards I did not receive. They want screenshots of it not being added. how do you take a screenshot after the fact?
