Can I reset my candy crush saga on facebook to level 1 again?

Sure you can, the easiest way to do this is to start playing on a new Facebook or King account and the game will automatically start over from level 1.
OR
If you want to keep playing on the same account as before, then check below depending on what device or platform you play on.

Please email your game reset request to Player Support directly from the game by going to the game's Settings and Help Center, choose a topic and tap 'Contact us'.
When you have received a reply from Player Support that the game has been reset, remember to delete and reinstall the app on your device before you open it. The device's cache memory may otherwise restore the game back to your level when opening it.

If open new account, facebook disabled it, sometime a hard level require many lives just can pass thorugh, open too much tab facebook is disturbing. When level reaching high without the help of event boosters, it is hard to play
