Yes should still be able to play an Facebook all you need to do is make sure your browser is updated to the latest version available as this will support HTML5 when flash gets taken away.
It however depends on the app designers, since they decide if they want to keep the game running on FB.

The game has been converted from flash version to HTML version a long time ago so you can play the game without any problems even if the flash player is off.😊

As mentioned above, Candy Crush Saga haven't been running on Flash since 2017.
All King games on Facebook that still are available on the platform have been transferred from Flash Player to HTML5. So Flash being disabled won't affect any of the games.
