I think the frame is good in my game. I am at Rank 161 and my frame around my picture hasn’t changed since Rank 90. It used to change every 10 Rank levels, so maybe you just advanced past one of the Rank levels where it changes like 10, 20, 30, etc.

My frame is gone is there a way to fix it my frame was 137😭😭

I am afraid I don’t have any idea how to fix your frame. It sounds like your Diamond Trophies are not their either. It almost sounds like you have a network connection problem or you are not logged into your Candy Crush account. Maybe one of the community managers could be of some help in figuring out what happened.
