Can you please help me @Crazy Cat Lad

I purchased the second tier on the Magic season genie event for 15 gold bars and did not receive the rewards. I tried again with another 15 gold bars and still did not receive the rewards. So 30 gold bars in total and I received nothing.

Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can look into this.
