@Scorpio54 Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the cache. Log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Please note the Chocolate Box is a test feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game. It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so could just mean your not in that group at present but could be again in the future. It could also be missing due to a temporary problem

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
