Hello, hopefully @Diamond Lim's reply answered your question. To add on, please do the troubleshooting process: Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache if using browser.

As you have already been informed, King Games features and temporary events are test features that the Studio randomly launches to groups of random players. Which means they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes it's up to one or other times it's up to others.
I have not arrived in time to read your abusive language, but if it has been edited for that reason, I think we all understand what an abusive and at the same time unnecessary language is. They already gave you the house rules so you understand.
