Hello .
For about a year ago I had commercial in the candy crush saga. I would like to get that again if possible??
is it possible to get back All my candies/ boosters I lost when my phone was broken and I had to buy a new phone. I had about 1000 boosters then , and I have got some of them back from you, but far away as many as I had then. I would really like to get back what I had, Facebook I have been registered to all the time , but I lost everything. So I really would be happy to have my large collection back.

@Tobbias2003 Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
Your boosters are stored on the device itself in the case of mobile devices, so if you phone or game crashes, you uninstall or change phone your boosters are lost and not recoverable

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache.
Still you might not get this feature because it is in the Test Group. Keep playing, it will get to you soon.

We're sorry for your inconvenience, but as our game expert has already told you, the ad video viewing feature belongs to the test group and the test features are not always active in the game. Test features are always rolling between different players so you can get this feature back at any moment. Promotion allocation is random, and so king unable to send or re-send/reset the active promotions for specific players, details HERE.
On the other hand, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process and you will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.
