Level 2223 mechanism?

I tried this level at least 40 times and there is a problem with the mechanism. I was having problems with the key spawning rate, but 31 moves aren't enough. Once the frosting was cleared, a sugar key came out in a hard-to-reach place. I was frustrated, after when I clear this key, a regular candy spawn in one of the three sugar key cannons. I was again frustrated that I have to clear a candy to make room for the sugar key. This level lets me do one sugar key on the board at a time!

The multi lock layers also frustrates me! Two ingredients on the side were 3 layered while the center is 5. It takes up to 25 moves to clear 3 keys and out of moves while getting the 4th one. Thirty-one moves didn't help at all.

The bottom frostings were reduced from 3 and 4 layered to 2 and 3 because it is hard to clear all the ingredients.

What is CHOCOLATE? Chocolate spreads more aggressively with every move and I can't clear it. I don't know what function does it have.
