Completed 139 levels in the last week but did not get the 50 gold bars. Any advise please?

Have you tried logging out / clearing cache / restarting device / logging in? Maybe that's how the awards will appear. Otherwise you must contact support directly from the game to claim.

@laestrella Hi and welcome. Firstly did you have the pop up to say complete 90 levels in week fro 50 gold bars as not everyone will get the feature.

As this is a weekly prize you normally find the reward is sent sometime today. wait to see if this gets sent to you today and if not let us know and we can advise you on who to contact
