I switched phones for a moment and I only have adds boost on my old phone

I turned on my old phone. I played only 1 level in candy crush but now I only receive adds boost like to get 3 more moves and etc.on my old phone...

How to fix that???

@Philippos_Kli Hi and welcome, You will need to make sure you update your phone and the game and then log out and restart your device. Then log back in play a few levels and see if this resolves your issue

I tried everything... nothing works 😪

I only get boost from adds on my old device...

@Philippos_Kli Hi and welcome, The Bonus in the game are not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems. They are also device specific so they are linked to your device and not your account. So for instance i did have the free spin wheel on the 3 devices i play on and then i was removed from the group on one device but still have it available on the other 2

To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
