Kasey, are you playing thru Facebook or thru King.com?

Also would you tell us exactly what devices you play Candy Crush Saga on? Example Android/Iphone and what kind of tablet or Win 10

You may want to go Here just tap/click -> Candy Crush Saga Support and look for the tab "Ask a Question" and create another discussion. Many more support players will see your questions.

I am close to you level but would only be able to guess at what features you should have. Sometime after playing a couple of levels the features may start to appear in your game.

Please let me know if you continue to have problems. I may be able to bring better support here

I play thru Facebook, on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. And like I said, all the bonus that needs to watch a video ad....are gone. For exemple Sweet Cinéma, or free spin at the wheel, or get a free booster at the beginning of a level....etc etc...I don t have this problem on my cell, wich is also a Samsung.

They only removed the in-game extra moves wheel. The pre-game boosters from ads didn't remove.

btw, this level is easy.

Now it’s down to 30 moves and isn’t marked as a hard level. Good grief!! What are y’all thinking??
