I was in the race yesterday, it hasn’t finished yet. I see the race was gone from my event screen.

I have been in this game for long time, I forgot exactly name. It is a few people in the race for golden bar. A new round started yesterday, then it disappeared now. How could I get it back ? Thanks.

Make sure update your App .

The Race is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

@lisashi Hi and welcome, All you can do is log out and check you game is up to date and restart your device and olog back in and see if your race reappears. It may be missing due to a temporary issue.

Hi there @lisashi and happy holiday to you.

Aside from the abovementioned suggestion, you can disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for at least a minute and reconnect back your device to the internet. Keep playing a level and look out for the said event to re-appear.

Episode race is back after I logout and login. But the race is disabled, see this screen:

@lisashi Hi Again have you tried moving the green tick across to see if it enables

I did before, but it has this message seems that it is enabled and I wanted to disable it: see this pop up screen when I clicked the green.

@lisashi I would complete level 2391 then and see if your episode race starts when you complete the level
