Knockout event

Will the knockout event be for EVERYONE or will be another one just for a test group?

My father already has it and it seems one of the best events ever, I would like it to be for everyone, may someone answer my question?

Each event in the game belongs to the test group and at the moment very few players will find this event in their game. However, this number will increase in the future and you can also be part of this test.
