The play button has suddenly greyed out and I am now no longer to progress any further in the game. Why is this? Is there a bug and when will it be fixed. The game is up to date, I have logged out and turned my phone off and then logged back in once my phone was back on but this has not corrected the issue. Any suggestions?
@phillykum Hi and welcome, There is a known issue with the feature at present, but if you have done the standard troubleshooting tips then there is not much we can do until there is a fix implemented
Check device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in, Also try disconnecting your wifi for 30 secs and reconnecting with game open to see if this helps

The Winter Festival is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment. Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues. Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

The Winter Festival event consists of a combination of a few special events and you may not get every event every day since these events are controlled by the test group. At the moment there are no new events active for you in the Winter Festival event so the play button is not working but the play button will work again when the new one arrives.
This is probably not a problem, moreover we will let you know if we get any clear information.

My issue with the Winter Festival is that it has not given me any hot chocolates for 3 of the levels; I clicked ok to collect them, and then none were deposited, so I have been shorted a total of 6 hot chocolates. This is very frustrating and slowly down my progress a lot. Please fix or explain??

Sorry your event has glitches. As you may have read, this event in testing is having bugs, and as players report them, they are being worked on. Just follow the troubleshooting steps:
- close session
- clear cache
- reboot device
- log in
Check that your browser and game are up to date

I have done 2/3 of Winter Festival. Got the 2nd Pinata and my button greyed out. Its been like that now close to a week. I would really like to finish this. I even used boosters to play this and now I cannot finish? This is so not kool King please fix this !!!! It does not matter if I try on android tablet, Facebook PC or phone. The problem is on your end King.
