Please ensure that your app is of the latest version by checking that the app store and proceed to update it if you haven't do so. Then refresh the app by restarting your device. Alternately, you may also disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for at least a minute or less before reconnecting back to the internet.

Make sure you have a strong internet connection
Please clear the cache from you browser then make sure -> Check app update -> Log out game -> Restart Device -> Open game and Log in.
Please do not uninstall your game as you will lose all stored boosters
