I had 482 lives when playing this morning. When I got into the game later ALL LIVE GONE!

When I clean my computer which I did not do today, I have things set so I don't lose my lives when I clear things. I had 482 lives this morning. This afternoon all but 3 are gone. How in the heck does this happen? About ready to quit this, you work so hard to get the lives and then poof all gone. Seems like an issue with the game.

No, the lives are temporarily saved, if you use a cleaning program or delete the temporary data (e.g. cache from the browser or mobile device), they can be deleted. It can also happen with an update that the lives are deleted.

@Kathy_Arrow_Hahn Hi and welcome, Please see post below for how your lives are stored and reasons they can be lost, We advise not to store many lives as there are reasons out of kings control why these can be lost

Thanks everyone, I knew that cleaning can delete them that's why I save anything from king.com. I took a chance and refreshed the game and voila, all my lives returned. Makes no sense but not going to argue. Again, thanks for your comments.
