Thanks for your reply, but if it is impossible with 28 moves how am I supposed to do it in 23, I have been playing long enough to know when a level is impossible or just really really difficult and this one is impossible with 23 moves

And since none of your spilt personalities are anywhere near this level & therefore can't give any advice on it that players haven't already tried (like searching for current videos & help sites on the Internet), you are a troll.
Try advancing a few (thousand) levels, unless you give up...
