I have multiple "Help Your Friend" Messages (more than 61) with a life request. That could be OK, but help was requested by the same person - "Annette". Nothing was offered to me in exchange. Is it some kind of a glitch?!

Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
and There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook , At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
