New device transfer issue

Hi, Upon transfering to another device, all my power ups are gone, can someone help me resolve this?

Yes your power ups are stored in your internal memory device which is not able to transfer to new device thus you can use old device to play if wish

@Carls02 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself so if you phone or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device you boosters are lost and unrecoverable / transferable. Unless you had any unused bought boosters , you can then contact customer support from your game regarding these.

If you still have you old device and can back up to a cloud storage, sometimes it is possible to get you restore from this and keep your boosters but this is not always guaranteed to work

As you will have read, Booster and Life are unfortunately only on the device memory and are not transferred. However, if it is a purchased booster, you can request it from King Support. It is possible that there is also a goodwill replacement for the other boosters,
