One line always get stuck in level 484

I don't know what's happening in this level, but there is always a stuck line in this level

Level 484

For this level you should try to break the blockers by playing from bottom. Use striped candy with colorbomb or with wrapped candy to break more blockers so ingredients on stuck on it. After try to play near to ingredients to take them to the bottom within less moves to get more score a the end of the level.
