The app won’t open but I haven’t got my current level saved anywhere. The last time I connected to Facebook was probably 500+ levels ago. If I reload the app I don’t want to lose all those levels. Any ideas?
@mgoochy Hi, the same as me but have no issues with mine, Try checking the device and game are up to date, then clearing the safari cache. restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.
If you can sign into another device you will see if you still have your levels saved. Bear in mind if you uninstall you lose all Boosters as they are stored on the device. can you back your phone up to the cloud. you may be able to restore the game from there if new install and most of the time it restores the boosters as well, but this is not guaranteed. there are also ways to get your game levels manually restored, but you will only get the levels all previous levels will have no scores and 2 stars for every level
