@Grace_Willis Hi and welcome, At present this is a known issue and the game studio have been working on a fix for this for a while. As its a complex issue we have no idea on a time frame for this.
You could try contacting support from your game. go to settings - help center - send them a message

This has really helped and the tech team has now found the cause of the issue. So no further Game ID:s are needed anymore.
How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.

Can you assure me that the Daily Booster Wheel or the Extra Booster Wheel is not working?
If the daily booster wheel does not work, you will find a solution by following the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
The extra booster wheel belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure if it will always work in your game.
