Why don't my points appear?

Hi, pliss help me.
I deleted my game data on my cell phone and it crashed, I couldn't score my points anymore. And it was in step 1420 already.
Now it is showing only as if it were on 1404.
And I don't earn points.
I've tried everything and I need remote help to recover my ranking.

@Loiva123 Hi and welcome, From your map pictrure That looks like you have a corrupt game and the only fix for this would be to uninstall and reinstall again, Please note you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES doing this as it is a mobile device
