Friend disappeared from my friend list

Since the beginning of 2021 I noticed that one of my friends disappeared from my friend list. We used to play together everyday, we are also on the same team and I can still see her there and our group progress is still moving with each day. The main problem is that when I try to send her some extra lives I can't find her on the list. I contacted her and she told me that she can still see me perfectly normal on her app and she even kept sending me extra lives everyday but i received none of them. At the same time the extra live requests that I kept from her in my mailbox and finally decided to send back didn't reach her too. I tried to reset and reinstall the app but nothing has changed. I don't have it connected to my facebook, we are friends only by our king accounts. Did someone experience a similar situation? Thanks for all the answers and possible solutions.

@Meneanadio Hi and welcome, From time to time he friends lists are changed by king as now the game will not only include friends from king but Facebook players as well. Try checking you game on king.com and make sure you friend appears in you list and if not try adding again. You could also try removing them and then re-adding them to see if this gets them back in you game

Hi everybody! I've got the same problem as Meneanadio: Friends from my player list suddenly have disappeared, but they can still see me. I also have no connection to Facebook and I also tried to reinstall the app and so on. Yesterday I confirmed another friendship and it' s the same: my friend can see me in his list, but I can't find him in mine. When I open my account in a browser at king.Com all the invisible friends are listed up as favourite friends, but in the games (I have installed different king games) they are gone.

I checked the app permissions, removed the friends and added them again... Nothing helped! What can I do, what can we do to get the friends back????

Oh no!!! I locked in with Facebook, it didn't help (king and Facebook are synchronized)... Removed candy crush from Facebook and now there is no single friend!!!!! What shall I do???? Help!
