Why cant I collect the lives my friends are sending me?

I can see who is sending me lives and I can see how many should be on my game but when I go to it, there are 0 lives from friends and all I can play are the lives from you. Maybe 5 at the most, it sucks! I used to have at least 20 lives or more saved and it just stopped. I know you can fix this because the lives are on my mobile game and I dont have an issue on it yet. Its just my web game which I play more because I can barley see my phone. Please fix it!

@Michelle_Allen Hi and welcome, there is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated, but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Hello @Michelle_Allen and good day to you.

I wish to share with you my personal experience when I'm out of lives and not receiving any lives from my friends in Facebook whilst playing the game thru the PC. I will log out from the game from the Chrome and log in the game using another browser i.e. Modzilla/Microsoft Edge. You will get 5 full lives each time you play the game in a new different browser. By the time I go back to my game in Chrome, I will have 1-2 lives, depending how long you left it.

You may try that out whilst pending the issue to be fixed.
