@MsKayletlape Hi and welcome, Please check your deivce and game are up to date and of playing through a browser, please clear the cache. Log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue
Also try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 secs and the reconnect and see if this helps
If not there is an issue with this that is being investigated and at present we have no time frame for a fix on this issue

Hi and Welcome to our Community
This has really helped and the tech team has now found the cause of the issue. So no further Game ID:s are needed anymore.
How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
