Indeed, this level is based on luck.
You need to make combinations to activate the fishes. It is the only method to handle this level.

Spawning point
- liquorice swirl, spawn up to about 20-25
- candy bomb, spawn up to 10-12
- striped candy, spawn 1 every 2 moves, max is 1?
