Level 1484 is impossible. 13 moves is not enough to release the items and 40 candies from their cages. If you can get them released, you still have the board clear and that has 3 spawners freezing candies with frosting. I cannot find a video walk-through for this level, but I do see a lot of people complaining about it!

This is not a fun level.
