My team reached the 7000 pts. o n 1/11/21, we did not receive the boosters it was frozen. This morning it timed out. It says we are at 725pts. But only 1player has 25 pts and the rest are at 0. Player ID is 1800440530. I play on a kindle, a surface pro, and android phone.

There is also a graphics issue that causes some problems with the graph that shows your progress. This is being looked in to but we have no time frame for a fix

Unfortunately you are having a graphic error which shows different total than the actual sum of all your team mates. Normally it happens when some of your team mates leave the group. But in the background the system is calculating the correct total and once your current available team mates will reach the target you will surely get the rewards. You may also calculate the scores manually. Once all the players will be regular then the score calculations will be accurate.

I'm sure you've read that it's a problem. However, you can try to complain to King Support and possibly get compensation.
