I don't think 8632 is possible with 25 moves only. It is impossible to break wall with just 25 moves. See below. Some members do not have a wall at all. So it is a bug in the game.

Now I am stuck at level 8659. I am getting only 27 moves to clear the level. Which seems very impossible. I do see that others are getting 43 moves while new updates have reduced it to 27 moves only.

Oh, that level is really hard. The waffles are easier to clog up the board.
