I often (about once or twice a week) have my win streak reset to 0 even though I did not lose a level. For instance, I had a 12 or so win streak this morning. I just went back on Candy Crush a few minutes ago and the win streak was set back to 0. I see the gold crowns on all the previous levels which confirms that the win streak should still be active.
@rentmeid Hi and welcome, Try the standard troubleshooting. check your device is up to date, log out if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
This does occasionally happen and if you play multi device you will find this happens a lot more. So if you are on a good streak would stick to the one device. Also make sure any levels you finish that they register before you leave the game as if it fails to register correctly you will get this problem

Thanks Freddy_Faulkner for the reply. However, I had already tried those standard steps (probably should have mentioned that originally).
I only play on a tablet. I have noticed issues going between devices in the past so I only play on one device now.
I know losing the win streak is not a big problem, but it is frustrating. Losing the win streak has been happening consistently for me since that feature was introduced.
@rentmeid If its an android tablet try clearing the cache from the app store as well. As said this does happen now and again but not heard of anyone saying its constantly. My only other advise is just try to make sure you map has registered the last win before leaving the game.
