App Not Working

Hello. When I try to launch the candy crush app on my phone, it does not work anymore. It only shows me the first page saying “King”. I’m afraid to delete the app because I do not believe I made an account and I don’t want to lose my progress. I can not make an account now because the candy crush app won’t take me past the first page. I was wondering if you could please help me.

Have you tried restarting your phone or reaching player support directly from the game since you are unable to go any further. You can find it by going to the start menu, then setting, help center-problem with signing in and send the email.

Turn off your device once and then turn it on again after a short wait. Check if there is an update. Check if your memory is overloaded. If necessary, clear the memory cache. Under no circumstances delete the game. Maybe wait for the next update.

@SweetandSour89 Hi and welcome, Hopefully some of the information above will help you to get your game back on track. If all fails you can create a new game ID and then contact customer support and they will manually restore your levels, but you will only get your levels if you had no saved progress. you will not get any gold or boosters

Since you have not saved your game progress through any account, you must first try to run the game app smoothly because If you try to find a solution by uninstalling the app, your original game progress will be completely lost.

There may be loading problems in the game app for various reasons, but you can get rid of the app loading problem with a few troubleshooting steps HERE.

If you do not find a solution through the above troubleshooting steps, then you have to resort to the final method i.e. uninstall the app but don't be discouraged because it will be possible to manually restore your old Game Progress to your new account.
