Thank you for replying. It’s been a process of discovery but it turns out you can get a level 1 reset through this forum rather than delete your account. Sukanta_Biswas has been most helpful. I am at level 500+ but I don’t really mind losing the bars etc. I play for fun and don’t really enjoy playing a game more than a couple of times. I get my three stars and move on. It’s a good game to play if it’s not too frustrating. I think a level reset button that was available to the user would be a great help in this situation. I take your point re setting up a new and different account as a solution, but I suspect most people already have too many accounts, logins and passwords in their lives. Thanks again for replying.

Hi @kingofkingsmac !

I have now reset your game account back to level 1. Please reinstall the app before you open the game the next time and when reinstalling and connecting to your account it will be on level 1.
