When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Understood that you didn't receive the 30 minutes timed lives that you've purchased.
Please ensure that you are aware that the timed lives are immediately activated and running once you've purchased them. If you have left your game unattended, the 30 minutes will lapsed. If this is the case, then refund is not possible. However, if this is not the case, kindly proceed to contact King's Support team as suggested above by our Mr Sukanta.
