Let's Climb bug, not respecting the boosters I won

I got 2 boosters for 30 minutes each on the Let's Climb thing, but only got one as a prize to use.

Is it a bug?

@Fede777 Hi and welcome, To post a video you would need to add to a file sharing site like you tube and then you can link to your video there. Guessing you mean the lucky beanstalk feature. Do you know what 2 boosters you won and do not forget some boosters are only available on certain levels, so if you say you won 30 minutes of coconut wheel but played levels with no coconut wheel option you would not see this

As its a free feature there is not much that can be done regarding this other making sure you device and game are up to date and logging out and restarting your device to make sure your game is as up to date as possible

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

I'm trying different levels and none of them shows the Striped and Wrapped, only the Colour Bomb

I have the game up to the latest update version, same with iOS.

@Fede777 You can try @kiara_wael advice and contact customer support regarding this, but usually it would need to be a purchase issue, but they may do as a goodwill gesture.

All you can really do is make sure your game is up to date and hope it does not happen again as may just have been a temporary glitch
