@ibrat Hi and welcome, Please check both device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store. log out and restart your device and should resolve your issue
I am having the same problem, i deleted the app from my android phone, however, i lost all my boosters but the level changed and looking at it, it now seems passable. However, i play via FB on my laptop and the level is still stuck on the glitchy one, so i have a different level now on my phone compared to on FB. and no boosters as they got deleted. im not happy about this. so annoying.

yup, thats the level that is wrong and its impossible to play. Mine is now fixed. i lost all my boosters also which is a shame. im not really sure how i fixed it but its working now.....
Hi @Viennagoh You are currently using the older version of the game app, so you are facing this problem and the game board will change whenever you update the app.
For now you can follow the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
