Can’t transfer levels

Hello, I tried to transfer my progress to new iPhone (I have a king account and I logged in to it) but it won’t transfer. I also tried to uninstall the app and restart my phone but nothing works. Can you help? Thank you

Since you saved the game through Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. Below are the stages of how you can get back your game progress through login, with screenshots.

You can also move the game progress from the old device to the new device by following the link below.

@noamlzro Hi and welcome, There is some very useful information from our superstar @Sukanta_Biswas regarding getting you progress to a new device. Really is better if you can get your progress back from your account, as if you have your levels manually restored you will only get your levels restored any gold bars or scores will be lost and old passed levels will have 2 stars.

. Remember as well that on mobile devices your lives and boosters will not transfer. if both phones are iphones it may be possible to back up to the cloud and restore you new phone from back up and keep these but not guaranteed
