I received an email about today about an email that was supposedly sent to me regarding a question I asked. It says it’s going to remove the ticket because I never replied to the email that I never received. So what do I do about this?
@MistiMc Re lodge your original complaint and wait for the automated reply and then reply to this with help needed. always check you spam messages as sometimes they can end up there
