why am I getting this image since 16th January on gameroom, can only play throu. facebook ?

Facebook is responsible for the gameroom. Unfortunately we have had a lot of complaints about this malfunction. Think about whether you want to play directly via Facebook or, if you have Windows 10, download the app from the Microsoft store

Since gameroom is temporary out of order, just continue playing via Facebook and try again later or play the app via Win10.
As mentioned by Mr Freddy, the gameroom issue is in charge by Facebook and not King.
