My friend is playing Candy Crush Saga on her iPhone (with iOS 14.3) for many years. She is in very high level (over 6000). Unfortunately, since last two weeks, the app cannot be started anymore. We saw the "splash screen" after open the app but then the app quited. We tried to "unload the app" (keeping the app data) and install it again but the problem still exist. We don't want to uninstall the app completely because she didn't sync to facebook for long time and she doesn't want to lose the "levels". Any help?
@shkwan99 Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date, clear the cache from safari (important) restart your device and see if this resolves you issue
It is important to save the game with a king or facebook account as then your progress and gold bars are safe. If the above does not work you may find that you will have to wait for the next update to see if this remedies the issue or uninstalling may be the only option. If you do this you can get your levels restored manually but you will not get any gold bars, boosters or lives returned.
