@Vele2021 Hi and welcome Please check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
Also try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 secs and then reconnecting
If not if you can provide a screenshot of your wheel would be appreciated

@Vele2021 Hi and welcome, Looks like you have the issue below, currently we have no time frame for a fix on this at present and this is a long running issue. The game ID is no longer needed but they did help to identify the issue.
All you can do at present is wait for a fix or uninstall and reinstall and hope it fixes the issue, but as this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES. This does not necessarily mean it will fix the issue but in most cases does.
