What happens if you do not recieve full reward?

I won a fast race and recieved 5 gold bars instead of 20. Please help. Kate

@KateSR Hi and welcome, to be sure you know that you need to keep winning the fast race to collect 20 gold bars if you did not win the last race you gold bar resets back to 5 gold bars for winning.

If it is the case you are missing gold bars you will need to contact customer support as the community can not deal with gold bar issues

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

There is currently a change in the race. For me, the race in the Win 10 app on the PC is worth 20 GB. Only 5 GB on Facebook and mobile. This may lead to discrepancies. Contact King Support to find out how Freddy posted this to you.
